"There comes that mysterious meeting in life when someone acknowledges who we are and what we can be, igniting the circuits of our highest potential." ~ Rusty Berkus
A bud of an orchid from my garden, about to burst into bloom. The photo was taken just this past weekend. ----- Thank you for your voyeuristic comments on my last upload, Do You Mind?.

Beautiful macro and nice photo. Colour DOF and POV
Nice shot. Super, super macro.
Very beautiful Kort, as you know I ever love that kind. Best wishes my friend, G.
Brilliant DOF achieved here. I never managed to get such perfectly shallow DOF whenever i shot in super-macro mode on my Canon. Might be the photographer as well. #;o) Beautiful bud buddy! Have a great day! #:o)
Cute bud, wonderful saying! Thanks! :)
Looks like a 3-d glasses picture but without having to wear the glasses. Great depth. KP

Will we also get one that shows us how much potential is inside it? Gorgeous shot b.t.w.
Beautiful, just love the point of focus on this one. Can't wait to see what the orcid looks like when it opens.
Excellent soft macro of the emerging orchid. Kort does it again! The background colors blend well, and the stratified texture of the bud really looks sleek. The bud is extremely aerodynamic and looks like you could sit on it and fly swiftly through the air, that is, if you were a wee pixie and held on for dear life.
fantastic macro and very nice color and blackground... Good day and hugs ;)
Very cool! Hope we get to see the bloom as well!!
