Description
Even a dried looking junipers have
lots of life and energy in them.
Juniper is a tough tree.
This picture I've painted with oils on canvas sized 38 x 46 cm (about 15 by 18 inches).
I dedicate this painting to Bev (bevchiron)
who you all know as one of greatest (I think the greatest) artists at Renderosity.
She's also a true friend, and a kind and wise person.
Without her I could never had developed my skills as I have,
and probably never had courage to use acrylics,
not to mention oils!
Thank you Bev!
And thank you, Bev, for the photos from your mountains
and that you let me use them here as references.
If you're interested in the whole series of my log people pictures
which started about a year ago as pencil sketches, I put here the links to them
Don't look back! (acrylics).
Struggling (pencils).
The Visionary (pencils).
After the Storm (pencils).
Grown Together (pencils).
Theatrical Log.
Thank you so much for your interest!
I appreciate a lot all the feedback! Thank you.

Oh, so great piece of art!
Beautiful
Although Bev and I are thousands of miles away, her mountains are like my mountains. Titta you captured the look of a very special and graced place that I love and miss. There are places that have such power to transform lives in a positive way. My place is like that, and I hope Bev's is too. What a beautiful painting, filled with sensitivity and mystery. A mystical place which you have captured and conveyed.
very good idea
This is beautiful. It gives one hope. Reminds one not to give up reaching up. There IS freedom somewhere out there. ~YO

Oh Titta, you've combined your fantasy figure with your realistic style to make a unique hybrid. Excellent concept too. Perhaps freedom is only in the mind?
This caught my eye. Very beautiful. I looked at all your log people artworks and don't know how I missed them. They are so visually pleasing.
