look at all those colours.. and the mountains playing peek a boo.. awesome..
Wow, what a glorious sight this must have been to see this field of flowers with St. Helens in the background. I see the downed tree and the piles of ash and yet you are right, life is finding a way. What a fantastic shot, Dennis.
beautiful colors how wonderful it must have been to see this in person too!!! gorgeous place!!
Wonderful image Dennis. Nature ultimately has no competition from mankind. You would never imagine anything of beauty could emerge after such devastation.
It's a beautiful sight to see such a profusion of life and color so near the mountain. There are a lot more blooms here than when I was there. Lovely shot!!
Well done!!!!! reminds me of the local hill country in the spring. thanx ;-]

EXCELLENT. nothing more to say !!! Unique image!
Beautiful picture of the earth renewing its self after such devastation. And a great shot of the crater in the background.
I really like the signiture plume from the mountain in the background and the display of life's returning granduer. Open meadows covered with flowers must be the way nature compensates for such extreme devastion - an extra beautiful recovery.
Fantastic colors of youth and skeletal reminders of the past... Stunning!
Nature has it's way of surviving the most devastating events!!!! This is a beautiful example of survival!!!!!!!! Gorgeous!!!!!
