This is Muff, one of our cats, who died about a week and a half ago. His kidneys were in pretty bad shape but it was a tumor that finally did him in. Poor little guy. The day before dad took him to the vet (we figured he wouldn't be coming back) we took him outside so he could walk around in the yard, you know, to make him happy. Pretty sure he enjoyed it; first thing he did was take a piss under one of the lawn chairs. He walked around and meowed alot, then mom picked him up and carried him around a little before we took him back inside. This shot is of her holding him. I wish I could've gotten a good picture of him before he got all skinny and decrepit, but this isn't that bad. We all had the feeling that he was ready to die so I wasn't that sad when he finally did -- hardly anybody gets to go out on their own terms, so I guess he was lucky.
