Description

Wow! Seems that I've been gone forever... I apologize for not leaving my customary comments. For a while I wasn't even certain I'd ever do another image ... burn-out. BTW I peeked in a couple of weeks ago and noticed that Renderosity's format has changed ... this will take some getting used to. Change isn't always a good thing. Anyway ... today I tried to upload an avatar of moi and kept receiving "form validation error" as a response. BTW As time permits I intend to visit everyone's gallery. Please bear with me. :-) I started playing with Painter 9.5 trial a few days ago and came up with this ... scaled down a bit from the original. Lots o' cool tools in the new version.

Beautiful style - almost like something from the 1700 or 1800s (well, except for the automatic :o) Fantastic work all the way around with a nice use of the streaming light up front and electrical discharge in the background -- nice touches that really round things out.

Reminds me I still haven't played the identically titled game for the PS2. I doubt the game character will look this good though. Such a dork reference huh? Excellent image!!

2006 is well and truly over ~ Happy New Year ~ (belated) the same words only a different number, year after year...same meaning, so I had to click on 'lior's' link, I couldn't resist LOL. *** I have come to my own conclusions, after reading a few comments left by some and cannot quite agree with 'Kill Bill' or whatever ? but everybody is entitled to their own opinion. First of all - your 2D painting is just great (also the BG) and she has quite a remarkable likeness to the actress Kate Beckinsale, in stature - not quite the face - just as good - but softer...the movie role she is playing was Selene, the Vampire assassin, in "Underworld". But it's 2010 now - maybe you were ahead of your time. (I love my movies, as you may have gathered by now) BB
