Fantastic portrait, I like the expression and mood!!
Hi Michel This is an unique way of making a portrait!! I like this photo, You recent uploades are quite different from uploads from the past!! Excellent work!! Have a nice evening and take care!! Henk
Michel, What an expressive face wonderfully framed by the leaves. He could be a grandad playing hide and seek with the little ones. Wonderful pic and compo!
well caught, indeed!
wonderful shot here love hehe good to play hide and seek at all ages! :O)
Very funny and great to see grown-ups playing silly games.
Gial ce portrait Michel ! J'adore avec les feuillages sur sa barbe. Il a une bonne bouille Marcel, donne envie de boire un canon avec lui et de parler de la Terre !!! Bisous
Je suis infiniment triste...I'm immensely sad... Back home today after one week in the mountains I learned that our friend Marcel passed away 4 days ago ... This wonderful musician & grand-father was born on November 1st, 1939 and died suddenly on June 19th, 2006... I captured this portrait on June 3rd, while Marcel was watching his grand children on stage for the Fancy-Fair of "La Petite Ecole" ("The Little School") in Gentinnes... His death announcement opened with a quote from Vincent Van Gogh : "Il n'y a rien de plus rllement artistique que d'aimer les gens" ("I tell you, the more I think, the more I feel that there is nothing more truly artistic than to love people. ")
Michel, I am sad with you... Such a beautiful face of a musician, a Grandfather had your friend Marcel. These words of Van Gogh, are so dear... so true. Hold your friend in your heart forever. Hugs an a kiss this night to you. Diane.
