Most impressive! Beautiful scene and the sky is wonderful!
Outstanding work, Ken! WOW!!! I love this one!
The general idea is there, the atmosphere is good, but Watchman2005 is correct, the way the ships are approaching each other, in reality, they are shown incorrectly as to how the wind is effecting the sails, which proper sails are set, etc. (there is archival testimony that tells how the ships were sailing, how they were readied for battle, how they approached each other, the moves done by both ships, and the time of day the battle took place). I will say, I do like the battle damage shown, the mast and rigging over the side, etc. The highlighting of the scene from the flashes of the guns. A good effort. One crit: I think, though, that the sea is a bit too calm, it needs just a little more life, or motion (waves) to it. Oh, also, there is still enough light in the scene that with the sea portrayed as calm, the ships would show a little more reflectivity in the water and the flashes from "Constitution" would show on the water, as well as the fire aboard "Guerriere"....
An awesome, gorgeous scene Ken! That sky is magnificent and the ships as well. Bravo!!
Beautiful work... I had the pleasure of touring Old Ironsides many years ago. You have done her justice.
Truly beautiful work. A stunning mixture of beauty and catastrophe.

The picture impresses, the sky fascinates! And in clouds I have considered a mask which can be put on the person.
