Description
Even the rooster wears his gala dress when celebrating the Vernal Equinox; tomorrow the day will be already a bit longer than night - at least here in the North. Today we all, around the world have equally long day aand night. The day of magic, the day of joy!
Acrylic painting on canvas sized 19 x 33 cm (about 7,5 x 13 inches). I painted this rooster to hang him on my front door (in the corridor of our appartment house) to celebrate the becoming spring.
Happy Vernal Equinox to you all!

Wonderful creation.....!!! Beautiful colors and textures........!!!!
You certainly did give the rooster a joyful appearance. I can almost hear his song, announcing the arrival of Spring. You have given him a set of magnificent feathers as well, Titta. And what a nice greeting for every passer by. Ok, I'm ready!
