Description
Just to prove there really is a lake, here's a pic of Lost Lake from the other side. I liked the colors in this one. It was an overcast and rather cool day, and everything was rather muted. This was taked at the end of May, which at this altitude is early spring, so there weren't even may flowers blooming for some color.
Thanks for stopping by and any comments.

I love all the various greens. It's fresh and new and peaceful. :)
Lovely fresh green colors, early spring up there! On what altitude is this lake situated? It looks a wonderful place here! Great find of the Lost Lake! :)
ahhh there really is lake then. I often wondered. You captured it beautifully..
Somehow there is always texture and contrast in Oregon, no matter the season. I agree that the subdued color is stiking - especially for spring. Each time one visits a place, it seems to have changed. You've certainly captured this moment magnificently.
It's so beautifully greeeeeeeeeeeen! A lovely spring image.
I love this picture. The green colors are just what we (Oregonians) need to see to remind us that these rainy days will pass and all will be beautiful in the spring. I'm, re-visiting this picture because it lifts my spirits.
