Description
this is a small part of the clearing of the pine forest. they already hauled off many trailer loads of mulch. I chopped this out of the original shot, pun intended.
thanks for viewing and comments. wishing you a wonderful week and those under the weather a speedy recovery

Oh! My... I like the photo, as usual you do great photos but I have some problems to understand... I'll check on diccionary :)) Have a great day, Richard!!
I love the way you've compared the two Richard. It's very sad indeed, that such an established area is being carved up. Excellent capture Sir. Steve :o)
Another wonderful, yet very sad capture!
LOL Well it is a fantastic shot even tho you chopped it off Richard!! Outstanding as always!!
Too bad even more areas are being plowed down for buildings. Great capture of the ordeal though.
Sigh Sad to see it systematically destroyed...
Always interesting and beautiful exposure. A terrific photo Richard.........
Great panoramic photo my friend.....!!!!!
Very sad image...progress! Bah! Excellent photo!
Terrible... it hurts !
:-( Looks exactly like what they did to the orange grove behind our house :-( Except they did it during the spring when there were probably birds nesting and then they just left it because of a freeze on housing permits. Anyway it is now trespassed upon by obnoxious 4 wheeler riders who think its okay to ride those noisy things in the middle of a resedential area. Your photos bring out a lot of emotion! :-) Excellent shot!
Beautiful photo but sad. We are taking over Nature by destroying our surroundings. Excellent work, Richard!!!
That is SAD! All those beautiful trees chopped down - I hope there will be a nice replacement somewhere else to compensate!
Should've put 'heartbreaking' in the title! Hate seeing trees destroyed.
Brilliant camera setting but a sad background! A really tragedy to see the chopped down trees! ***
We should have a section/gallery here at RR called the destruction of mother earth. It would be an interesting yet depressing site. Your pic would definitly qualify for that gallery.
rayburg is right,so sad to see how our surroundings is destroyed, hope theres something left to my grandchildren, excellent shot Richard***
Superb panorama! I can see what they are doing is ripping you up! Bummers!
Excellent image very well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Excellent capture. Who has failed here?
Excellent shot! Nice natural colors!***)
Great capture. I always like to visit your gallery. It is a feast for the eyes.
It's always so sad to see the wilds being cut down to make way for human progress and this image captures that sadness perfectly Richard. Excellent photo hon! huge hugglz :)
It is a shame that so much of our nature has to go just for Parking space or Motorways!!! Excellent captured Richard!!!
I hate seeing this destroyed sweetie But the photo is excellent as always Hugs Susan~
Xcellent Richard ... some lens !!! ... Antonio.
I thought they was all the christmas trees throw away. yes it sad to see this going on and all the trees is just wasted. If they use the trees for something like makeing paper I be more happy about it. it be more useful then. but I guess some people will say two wrongs do not make a right
Awsome work!! Love the image!! "V"
When the solution is clearcut there will be a lot of slash////////////////////////////////
Oh it's sort of sad really all those trees such a shame! It's a great shot Richard a pity about the trees V Cathy xoxoxo
