Description
Hello all!
This is all done with a mouse in paint shop 7.
It is made by throwing on paint and using the smudge too and smearing paint around.no paint brushes just paint tool and smudge tool.
... This one took me a while to do. finally done . always wanted to paint a manger scene finally did .. all from my head..not copied from anything, hope you like it !
"oooh little town of Bethlehem".((.sings..))
"O little town of Bethlehem,
How still we see thee lie;
Above thy deep and dreamless sleep
The silent stars go by;
Yet in thy dark streets shineth
The everlasting light.
The hopes and fears of all the years
Are met in thee tonight"
(hope you didnt mind my singing hehe i love to sing!!)
One of my very favorite Chistmas verses is in that song ..
" The Hopes and fears of all the years are met
in thee tonight"
Be met!...Be Merry!
My Christmas card to everyone one here

"no paint brushes just paint tool"....eh? Whats the paint tool if its not a brush? #:oP Genious work once again my friend. You know how much i love your smudges. What are those two "furballs" in the front? At first i thought it was the heads of two boys viewing or something, lol. But now im guessing theyre a couple of chubby sheeps. Awesome work Kimmie!!! Looks like youve grabbed the holiday spirit. #:O)
Merry Christmas to you friends erland
How beautiful!! It is good to see one remembers the true meaning of Christmas. Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Wow...this looks most beautiful indeed. A wonderful christmas image. Gorgeous work!!!
in paint shop 7 the paint tool is just basically something you pick up color with or at least i do for color but my painting is done with the smudge tool by sliding it around... hehe yep those fluff balls they are a couple of well fed sheep ., as in photography i was attempting to make chubby sheepies guys closer in the point of view giving the effect that they are nearer to the viewer looking at the whole manger scnene...((.lol yes,!Andreas 's comments do always bring a big smile and a laugh
