Description
The town of Highwater.
This is supposed to be humorous, but I'm not poking fun at the current situation. It's more of a "wish it could have been different" sentiment. Apologies, if anyone thinks different.

For those who have been "hands on" with these people for the past week, the humor is somehow lost. However, your explanation makes the image palatable. If only......? Thank you.
Kurt Vonnegut says that laughter is as honorable a response as tears; and a lot less messy. Laughter in the face of adversity is a sign of having the ability to "bounce back" from adversity. I can appreciate wgardenhire's reasons for feeling the way he does, but he is still being a wee thin-skinned. Keep making us laugh in the face of adversity, Frogdot. Some days, laughter is about all we've got.
i just looked at it and thought "i wish it could be that way". very good. :)
