Subject: Wet skin shaders for Carrara?

I've noticed that there are several very good wet skin shaders for Poser which uses its procedural shaders and python scripts, but I would love to find something like that for Carrara and haven't found any yet.
I want more than just shiny skin.  Is there anything out there like this for Carrara?  I have C7 pro.
Thanks!

Personally I usually use a natural function cellular setting channel for the Bump channel.  Put it in as a second source and multiply it with a 1-100 value so you can change the amount of distortion.  Then you can also use the same for reflection.  Just make sure they match.
