Subject: rendering alpha channel

I need to render a pic with an alpha channel so I can remove the background and layer the subject inton a pic using ps.  I have carrara 5 I believe it is. In the output settings there are 2 settings for alpha and the first one didnt do it, any suggestions very welcome.

 I always use the Premultiplied option with the Photoshop format for work like this. Always works here.

The first option open the alpha with a little contour around objects, the second cut the objects from the background (its your choice):
