Subject: Carrara 3 problem, won't start

Hi,

I used Carrara for several years and it worked fine until last month, I was not able to start the Carrara program.  I updated my ATI Radeon 9700/9500 and updated Carrara 3 but it did not make any difference.  I reinstalled Carrara 3 but it still won't start.  Any suggestions please!!

Hi GWeb, Nice to see you around again! Can you post more of your system stats please so we can take a look and maybe spot some incompatibilities. Have you upgraded your system in the last month?

I have not updated my system except the win xp and mcafee.  I turned Mcafee off but it did not make any difference.  I think what may make my PC incompatiable with Carrara is when one of my monitors broke and I switched my video card to single monitor, that is when Carrara stopped working.  I think it might be the settings in preference in Carrara.  I emailed to Daz and they replied to me about a week later and I replied back to them last week, have not heard back from them.
