Subject: morphs from poser figures?

in poser i know how to load a figure (say V3) and morph her but how do i like tweak those morphs in carrara? or better yet, skip poser, and load V3 and morphs into carrara? i know how to load a figure, just cant find the morphs or add to them :)

"...cant find the morphs..." Note that you have to select the 'second' listing of JessicaHiRez (in this example) or the morphs tab won't be accessible.
