Having just added an additional gb to my PC, I'm not getting the 'out of physical memory' errors anymore, but my polygon count is still often 'in the red'. What exactly is this telling me I am low on? Is this connected to graphics card, even in wireframe mode? Processor speed? Still a memory issue? My setup: Vue 5, regular. 2GB PC2100 ram AMD 2200+ (1.76 ghz) Asus a7v8x NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 (128mb) 90gb free on drive with Vue, 40gb free on 'My Documents' drive, about 12-14gb free on 'C' drive. If this is answered in my manual, a page number or section heading will do. I'm on Vue 5 Regular, not Infinite, and their manuals have different page numbers. So if its in the Infinite manual, give me the chapter and section heading and I'll see if I can find it in the Regular manual.

It s just a warning that you are over the million polygon, but that s it. Just to warn you that if yiu have an old system, or less than 512 meg RAM, Vue will become slow, and rendering times will rise. That's all. Nothing to be afraid of with your system.

Oh, ok. I assume then that there's nothing in Vue itself to tell me when I'm coming up on my 2GB limit, and that I'll have to use external tools for that like the Task Manager?

Now, I'm not sure about 5 ESprit, franckly, I don't remember if Esprit gives a warning when resourses fall below a certain level, like Infinite does. Maybe 5 Esprit users could jump in and tell you.

And here all the time I thought it meant I'd overexposed to radioactive material and was going to die a horrible death within days.
