Where can I find a freeware converter for VRML 2 to OBJ? Waldoo

Or for that matter, the reverse. Or direct out of Carrara as a VRML?

Import VRML and export OBJ out or Convert VRML to OBJ is what I need Carrara do not have VRML import function Waldo
