Halloween A night of ghouls, goblins and scary ghost. A night the devil will always boost. His menions, demons, and hellish beast. Free to roam the lands laugh and feast. As children play make believe. The evil and torcher we can not see. We run from house to house. Gathering candy like food to a mouse. The older we get the demons we feel. The evil wraps us like a seal. We hear the hellish laughs from far. Run so fast to reach our car. We messed a step and hit the floor. A face from above of pure horror. Grabs us by the throat in pain. Its hellish laugh will drive us insane. Locked inside a darkened room The smell of flesh and our doom Tied down tight to a wooden bed We start to cry that soon we’ll be dead We hear the laughs so faint now. Scratch and fight the ropes go pow. Jump to our feet and try to run. While the Demons and Ghouls have their fun. Amidst the dark and quite still. We reach for a door and feel a chill. Someone breathing down our neck. We turn around to scream “What the Heck.” Breath like acid, Teeth like knives. So scared now, but it runs and hides. Sweet pouring down our face. Will we ever get out of this place. A growl or a bark. I’m not sure where in the dark. A light spills into the room. Once again I feel where doomed. The ghouls, goblins, and demons see. Our try our fight to break free. They scream and laugh so hellish now. They look at us like a big fat cow. That acid breath is back again. It pokes our back like a pin. We turn around to lose our Voice We scream so loud with out choice. The hellish screams become so loud. Here they come as big as a crowd. There’re getting close what will we do. Our courage, and faith and already flew. All at once the clock strikes 12. They go poof and return to hell. So relieved and happy we begin to cry. Reach for the door to find it’s been locked from the outside. Happy Halloween.
