• Format: .zip only (no .rar, no unzipped files)
• Recommended size: 200 MB
• Thumbnails: 300×350px (.jpg, .png, .gif)
• Promo Images: 800-1200px wide (auto-scaled if needed) (.jpg, .png, .gif)

Bundles (Tubes/Backgrounds/Poses)

• Minimum: 3 items per bundle (same type only)
• No mixed products (e.g., 3 woodland backgrounds OR 3 dance poses)
• Theme-related bundles required

Upload Rules

• Limit: 3 items per 24 hours per vendor (excess held)
• No duplicates
• Categories: Proper placement required (contact staff if unsure)

HTML & Links

• File Upload Box: Zip file ONLY (no HTML, no text links)
• Details Section: HTML allowed for product info/images (layout-breaking images removed)
• Links: Text links only to specific items on www.renderosity.com. (no banners, no personal pages, no commercial products)
• Freestuff Forum: Use for offsite freestuff page links
