Where do I begin.  I started using poser this year.  Began with pp2010, and now I use PP 2014.  I have always been an avid admirer of 3d art.  Have tried my hand in 3d modeling with AUtodesk Maya, etc., but I just didnt like the modeling aspect to much, as much as I like the end result which is why I started using Poser.  
My love for 3d art began when I joined Second Life.  I started doing images of my Avatar, but I wanted to do more.  So, I started exploring the 3d realm of possibilities and I found Poser.  Although I was familiar with Poser for many years, I was afraid to learn it. I can only say I do not know why I didn't try it before.  I love the endless possibilities of creating your own art and visualizing it.  I also love Photoshop and I think with my Photoshop skills and what I can create with Poser is a hobby that will stay with me forever.  
The community here in Renderosity is very unique.  The support and generosity of its members makes this place great.  I am not a graphics designer by any means, nor do I consider myself a great artist, but I love to share what I create with everyone here.  The support, tutorials, and forums are priceless.  I have learned alot from the community here and I thank everyone who has helped me along the way.
