CCI LIP embarked on the journey to build World Class Logistics and Industrial Parks a decade back. Since then we developed two parks of nearly 2 Million Sq Ft each in Panvel and Gurugram. Now we are in the process of developing State of Art Logistics and Industrial Parks in Chennai, Kolkatta, Bengaluru, Pune, Assam, lucknow, Bhiwandi, JNPT, Penukonda and many other key Distribution cities and locations of significant commercial interest, aggregating to nearly 15 million SqFt. The facilities being developed are suitable for Chemical, Pharma, Automotive, Telecom, Retail Ecom, Consumer Durables, Electronics, IT and Light Manufacturing Industries.
