(Overprinting art must have the center of the art clear for printing on.) My Father is an 84 year old professional oil artist. I am a developing artist out of necessity. If we can not license what our customers request, my father or I must paint it. He in the Real world with oils and canvas or I on the computer. I mainly use Picture Publisher.
Often I use the computer to move or add items to my fathers paintings to make them appropriate for our market, since they must have an area to have a poem printed on.
