BIO
MCSE, MCPx7, CET, CI. Disabled Vet (GulfWar mk1) 47. Yikes. have to do something about that age thing.
I grew up in Southern Illinois; My first Job was as a Mechanical Draftsman, and I stayed with that until 1985.
Along the way I used some of the very first CAD and 3D software. After a stint as a Surveyer-Instrumentman, I joined the Navy.
About 4 years and a Desert Sxxxxx or 2 later, I got out and started doing Computers, and stuck with that from 1992 until the present.
I first started using Poser, as a Hobby, when Poser 2.0 came out. It wasn't very useful.
When Poser 4 pro pack came out I snapped that up and went seriously demented for Poser; I've always managed to buy relatively recent releases of 3DStudio & Lightwave, because I used to do well with my hobby of creating VRML elements; even when VRML died it was still interesting. Now I have to add Poser (Poser 6 these days) and Vue to the list of software for my "Hobby"
I Retired in 2006, which oddly resulted in my having less time for 3D (still haven't figured THAT out) but I'm hoping to change that.
