Matthew_O’Sullivan I am a 3D molder and science fiction writer. I have an A.S. degree in E.E.T. I am currently working on my B.S. Degree in the same field. I did take some computer programming class for two years, and I enjoy 3D Studio Max. I was introduced to 3D Studio Max when I bought a RPG game in 1998. I was able to get GMAX in 1999 and was able to learn some of the basic features of 3D Studio Max through GMAX. Over the years I was able to try the different demos of Max as it grew to 3D Studio Max 2010. While going to school at the University of Phoenix for computer programming in 2008, I was able to get the Autodesk Education Suite from Autodesk, and during the same time frame I purchased Adobe CS4 Web Premium edition from Adobe. I am still new at texturing, but do enjoy 3D art, inspirational art, science fiction art, and gothic art. I have been doing a lot of research on science fiction writing over the years. I found out that it’s better for the writer to be an artist and have artist rights over his work. This way I am not only writing detail science fiction, but I am also giving visual detail images of my writing in art work. I got started with the concept of using 3D art for my artwork to help me with my lack of skills in drawing for my science fiction art work and illustrations. I found some wonderful people that inspired me to get started in 3D art here at Renderosity. DM Productions, Lady Rhiannon, Aery Soul, and Xruge3D. I download Daz Studio 3, but decide to get Poser 8 educational version instead. I still have the Daz Studio 3 for testing of my creations and of course the creation of 3D Studio Max 2010 and Maya 2010 to help out. I hope to be able to share my creations and Art work here at Renderosity soon. I am still fine tuning my skills has a 3D Modeler.
