Brief:  I have had long and diverse Design Career. My main career has been architectural design. I have continued my Art career in many directions over the years. I have always continued my interests in painting. Now I am at the point to continue my career in Painting. I believe that I have developed a significant art style and composition. I believe that I have the understanding and experience to advancement MY ART.  I am looking for collaborations, commissions, consultations, contracted art opportunities.
Background: The artist has over 30 years of design experience. The designer experience has been in several directions: architectural design, environmental neon exstallations, public art projects, large scale site sculptures, and mixed media abstract expression paintings. The current focus is abstract expression paintings using encausto medium. This broad range of design experience has advanced this current style and direction in painting composition. Now I would like to focus on advanced credential in my painting.
Experience:Â The designer has the following professional background:
1. Architect- over 25 years design experience in building design and construction. I have been involved in landmark projects such as Emerald Shapery Center High-rise office and hotel downtown San Diego with the green neons lights crown. I have been involved in various other significant commercial projects and award winning residential designs.
2. Environmental Designer- over 20 years of neons artform landscapes exstallations at various desert and urban sites such as 4 neon constructs on plateau Fredonia Utah, 6 neon constructs Ocotillo Wells California, arroyo neon construct San Felipe Mexico, Building Neon façade Chula Vista and other sites.
3. Public Artist- over 15 years of public art competitions such as Union Square San Francisco, Egyptian Museum Cairo Egypt, City Gates Competition City of San Diego (Finalist), Harbor Island Competition City of San Diego (Finalist), Embarcadero South Competition City of San Diego (Finalist), Oklahoma City Memorial Competition Oklahoma City, J Street Public Art Competition Chula Vista (Finalist) and others.
4. Large scale Sculptor- over 10 years of welded steel constructs including Construct No. 10 Site Competition Southwestern College Chula Vista and various other art projects.
5. Mixed media Artist- over 20 years of abstract expression paintings ranging from concrete mixed media to pastels to encausto materials. I have developed concrete medium on canvas.
