I've been a professional animator for over 25 years - originally in traditional animation but I transitioned over to 3d in 1999 with the help of Poser. I originally used Poser to help me visualize shots for my traditional animation but soon it became my mainstay. I decided to help build the Poser community by creating animation, poses for everyone to use. PoseAmation, as I named the series, is now focussing on animal and creature animation.

I have also spent many years as a director and animation teacher. I have been a mentor at AnimationMentor.com for the past few years and I have taught in animation schools in Europe and Canada.

I moved into Visual Effects 3 years ago and have had the opportunity to work on a lot of exciting projects, like District 9, Stargate Atlantis and Stargate Universe.

I have also been a writer for many years and I'm working my way towards writing full time. I have had a fantasy series on the go for several years and I'm finishing up a book on advanced animation techniques.
