“And this is my fault?” the seated woman hisses at the large, burly man blocking the front door. “You know the answer to that question, Sofia” is his reply, which the man spits out with contempt oozing from every word escaping his parched lips. "The answer…” the seated femme fatale begins as she slowly runs an extended fingernail over the rim of her filled glass, “is that you fucked up. Real bad.” Pausing for a long moment as she takes a sip of expensive single malt, the woman meets the intruder's gaze and matches it with equal if not a higher degree of ferocity. Without breaking her gaze away she clicks her tongue at the man before continuing in a soft, alluring hiss, “all you had to do was keep your mouth shut, make the exchange and sail away into the sunset with your bird wrapped around your arm. But…you just...had...to open that god damn mouth of yours.” The man grits his teeth as his left hand slowly snakes towards the gap in the front of his open trench coat, seeking out the Beretta fastened beneath. “This one is on you, Sofia. You could have jumped in if you wanted to, but you just stood there and watched her die...you let her die. And now you will pay. One way or another…” Curling her glossy red lips into a menacing cross between a grin and a snarl, Sofia replies in a calm, collected voice, “Now that’s what I like to hear. I hope you got your business in order and came here prepared Quentin, because you don’t even have a prayer.” =========================== This one is my favorite of the all the promos that I created for this set. It features a character that I used for my Boudoir Noir outfit commission posters. When I created those posters I had a background story which I used for setting up the shots, especially the poster which had Sofia looking out of the window. And I thought of continuing that story-line over here (with slight modifications to the original wardrobe of course).
