Description

This photo, taken in the The National Museum of Natural History in Paris, was not originally meant to feature a copy of the billions of human beings texting round the clock and addicted to their smartphones. The museum is divided into several sections and the Gallery of Comparative Anatomy and Paleontology is definitely worth the visit...But , come to think of it, I'm wondering whether our species will ever last longer than dinosaurs, which didn't use any smartphones to interact with each other ! Thank you very much for your nice comments and visits to my gallery . Have a nice week-end and zoom in for better details !

I agree with Leije - that human makes me HUNGRY! I'd LOVE to tear his head off and swallow it whole, then the rest. Beautiful photo. Good you could take it from above! Keep up the good work! And the criticism of modern so-called civilization. :-)

every day I am driving I see people texting instead of watching their driving. one day I see a beautiful young lady in a Mercedes sports car($100,000+++++) with two phones. texting on one and talking on the other while driving 70 MPH

the recreation of the bones are superb and a great capture

J'adore !

Looks like the dinosaur is fed up with the texter and is about to scoop him up and eat him! Excellent photo and fine capture! I don't believe we humans stand a chance to last nearly as long as the dinosaurs!

Néanmoins, les jeunes me battent à plate couture !

Interesting museum scene. Could that dinosaur skeleton in the foreground have been that color originally?

Given what humanity is doing to the planet and to its own kind, it may well come to pass that it will go the way of the dinos. Only to have its remains discovered and put on display by a new intelligent species in the remote future, the same way we're putting up on display the remains of the dinos. Who knows?... (Shrugs.)
