Description
Continuing from Part 2.
RodS had a good insight concerning Wendacora's severe discipline: while she had to do it to set an example, it pained her to do so because she thinks of her team more as a family than as a military unit. Empathy should be a BASIC requirement for leadership, not an optional one.
Update: (4/26/20): When Tempestt got home, she called a friend for advice on dealing with Wen.

you really described how 100,s of thousands feel being restricted to one's home. again your story telling is so creative. I seen people daily without masks on or gloves. even though I hate the masks( too much experience back when I was painting mansions) I wear them

Wearing masks in public is supposed to be mandatory in Illinois starting May 1. Most folks I've seen are good about doing it already. I need to do something about finding gloves though.
