Subject: IP seem to be blocked

My IP seem to be blocked at Renderosity.com since February 21st. I have to use a proxy to access the site.

Can you fix this please, I would like to access my purchased products without having to jump through hoops

Yes, I am very sorry it took so long for me to get back to you.

I found out from the Community Manager that you were banned for violating the TOS.

If you have any questions or concerns, please site mail her as she will be able to assist you further with this.

Maybe you can get something worked out with her.

Amazing.. you ban people without giving any warnings or messages whatsoever?

I would like to have it in public what part of the TOS I violated, because I sure as hell don't see what that could be, and I would like it to be public so everyone else can avoid doing the same mistake.

I am sorry as you should have received an email with an explanation.

I do not know why you were banned as I was not involved with that.

Please email the Community Manager so she can assist you. Her email is hopeandlove@renderosity.com.

Please CC admin@renderosity.com as well just in case she does not get it.

I refuse to contact the community manager. It is THEIR JOB to contact ME, not the other way around..

I am really surprised that they are allowed to do this without even discussing it with the other admins
