Description
Not my best beach image but I thought I'd post it anyway. I tried postworking sharp edges. Render time was 37hrs @ 6000x4500 on a 2.93ghz Celeron processor....a system upgrade.

This is a great point-of-view, and scene in general with lovely colours and a great sky. Unfortunately it's dominated by the beach in the foreground which is far too angular. Try smoothing out the terrain a little and try adding more surfaces child layers with a bit more fuzziness to improve the transition between sand and grass/scrub.
Wonderful depth, and I like the sky and water.
I love the sky and distant landform aswell as the water settings, though the shoreline foam is a bit to dense for my taste...still great work!!:)
