Thanks for all your nice comments!
I am so excited to have a good 3D modeler again!
Though I am still learning to model in Hexagon, so far I love it!
Now I am going to create some gadgets for my little buddy.
Here is some better views of my little bot.
Have a great Thursday gang!

Very well done Eric!! Impressive work!
very cute guy !
Dear Eric, Be careful or your creation will take over your life - been there, bone that!!!! On another topic, Id like to leave a suggestion with everyone. In the three months Ive been here at Renderosity, Ive made a huge number of wonderful friends that really mean the world to me. And Id like to share a technique with everyone. Take a minute each day and have a look at Whats New. Pick out the work of someone you dont know, pop it open and have a nice little look at what they have done. And dont just look at people that do the same things as you. Pick from all the different categories and programs. You will learn a lot and youll get new ideas for postings. This cross pollination will help us build more robust hybrid art. All of the Old Masters in art history spent a great deal of time learning from the Old Masters of their day AND from each other. If we do the same, our work will continue to get better and better. And sometimes pick someone that is just starting out and give them a hand share YOUR knowledge with a newcomer. And then send them a brief IM. Introduce yourself and tell them how much you like their work. Just by making the introduction, youve just taken the MOST IMPORTANT step toward making a new friend!!! Everyone will learn from each other and each new friendship is one more stitch in this Tapestry of Friends that is Renderosity!!! SO MAKE ONE NEW FRIEND EACH DAY!!! Love, Meredith
Again, very nice! Great looking textures. I'd like to see this bot with soft shadows. It just looks so good to me that way. Like the reflections!
Woah! Big guns - is this guy compensating or what? I like it. Big ups to Meredith too for a great comment - I got where I am today with the help of others - it's good to pass it on.
