For just a few minutes before sunset, the light shines directly on these Cliff Swallows' nests tucked under the eaves. That's when the planning and patience are sometimes rewarded. Thanks for viewing!

oh, what a great picture! You just gave me an idea :) There's a barn next door that is swarming with birds -- swallows -- I'll have to mosie on over there and see what I can shoot. (not with a gun but with my camera! lol)
