Description
Back to looking at the panorama again. Looks as if the "Tippsyism" filters are at work.
I'll post the unmodified version tomorrow. Just had to play with the filters on this one.
Watercolor/Aquarelle filter applied first.
Underpaint filter used for texture. Supposedly, the underpaint causes the image to take on the texture of a painting. OK. Paint effect on top of paint effect. I'll try it.
I like it. This is about 1/2 the original size, and it has lost some fine, texturizing detail in the shrinking.
Also this image was pasted on a background of heavily textured 'wood' grain and then the edges were feathered to make it blend. The wood was given a black, rectangular vignette.
Enjoy; thanks for viewing.

painting!!! excellent done!!!
Awesome postwork!!! Beautifully done!!!
Dear TW, I keep trying the various artistic stuff, but mine never looks right. Only the "etching" seems to do anything worthwhile but it only looks good with landscapes. I may have to dust off the brushes and give them a try again on of the days. Excellent work!! Love, Meredith - E-bots, thy days are numbered!!
fantastic effect here! looks like a gobelin work! ;o)
