Because it's at the end of the line... of course.
We leave these little guys for now and find someplace else to poke around. Maybe next month, more of their hot, little friends will be rounding the track.
The CSX is coming into the station as is the Pacific. The Pacific seems to be doing a bit more speed than that lady expected!
Where to next ...... hmmmmmm. We are still doing some detours on the way to our next country.
Enjoy; thanks for viewing.

Hate to sound like a broken record... but these little things are soooo neat. Personal favorite is the steam replica. Also like the bottom shot that offers a good shot of the tracks. Great series.
Dear TW, what can I say - I'd look at trains all day long! And this little guys are so wonderful. And chance you could slip one under your arm? I'd give him a really good home!!! I hadn't really focused on it before, but is CSX diesel powered, or is it also steam like the others? When I was little, there was a little train about this scale in my home town. It was a replica of one of the oil fired steam engines. What was interesting is that the "oil tank" was a pressure vessle and the train was pneumatic. It was pumped up in the station from a large service station size air compressor. Never did know why they built it that way. Really enjoy your photos! Excellent work!! Love, Meredith
they look to be having a great time a tootin' along!
very wonderful and sunny captures of the train and its guests! fun for old and young! I wonder about the small railways and that they don't break by the weight! ;o)
