Description
Right opposite yesterday's posting (following),we look back, and up, at the cottages near the beginning (end) of this tour.
We get a good perspective of how high these are above the main road, and have to wonder how much property is at the backs of these houses... level property, not straight up and down.
The stonework at the bottom of the photo is now a retaining wall, but I think it may have been a back wall for another building now gone. It's too big an area off the road to have been blocked off 'just because.' It's an ideal location for large shed or office, etc.
Time to get back in the car and move on towards Catonsville via Thistle Road. Found more 'Forgotten' there as well...
Enjoy; close the door; thanks for viewing.

Don't know why these places get 'wasted'? Thanks for showing. Excellent!!!
This is best one in serie! Excellent shot!!!
Excellent.
Dear TW, I love the shot through the brambles - it really gives a sense of depth and also really shows the steepness of the slope. Shift the color a bit, drop the gamma for night, and this would be one very creepy scene!!! Excellent work - and best of hunting in Cantonsville for more Forgotten Country!! Excellent work!! Love, Meredith
what a lighted wilderness! hardly to get through the wood! cool impression! ;o)
