Description
A better view of the St. Mary's College ruins. I suppose they do look spooky or scarey to some extent. I was wondering how one could get closer to them to take photos . . . then I read up on them. Seems they have a very scarey caretaker up there, and The Weese is alergic to gunshot!
Still a bit more to go on our jaunt. Hang in there.

Ahhh. Seriously. This is now on private property and there is a caretaker who takes pot shots at folks. Yes, the police know about this .... Just google on 'st marys college ellicott' and find some 'interesting' stuff.
Dear TW, it's got a scary enough look even without the rabid caretaker. I'd hate to spend a "dark and stormy" night there! This is the time to bring out the big lens and keep you distance. Excellent work - and be careful!!!! Love, Meredith

it does give a bit of a creepy feel... like a place Frankenstein or the werefolf might hide out at night! lol
