Description
Plastic straws taken with Jimbo's EOS 1D Mk 11 and my new MP-E65mm f2.8 1-5X Macro lens @250th @f9 ISO 400 able to magnify up to 5 times life size a torch was shone at the bottom of the straws to add some interest things that were impossible to see by eye show up such as the jagged edges and smallest of hairs.. Should be fun to try on a variety of subjects.

Very interesting shot, Danny. Now that you have a new toy, I cannot wait to see more macros. You'll have to let us all know how you like that new macro lens after you have a chance to give it a workout.
