Description
I live on a remote Scottish Island. It's an astounding place really. The old traditional thatched houses are called Blackhouses. There are very few left...well there are plenty of ruined ones but very few left with the thatch on. My husband and I own one. It is a tearoom next to incredible 5000yr old standing stones. Callanishblackhouse The one in the background of this picture is an amazing model made by a friend. ;-) The little seat outside was just perfect for a fairy to stop for a rest...whilst spreading a little light.
~Thanks for looking~
