beautiful picture!!!
excellent photo danob! such a difficult little thing to catch, always moving about. but you have got it this time, the blur of the top wing and the clarity of the lower wing gives more drama to the whole picture. excellent.
Very, very cool Danny. Glad you didn't post a bird pic with Barb skiing in the mountains today. She would have missed it! Love the blur...make a good shot great! vote -jay
Always fascinated by these things... they "eyes", the splotches of color on the wings. Wonderful capture.
oh dan love the way your butt has this perfect movement in balance.. perfect title .. its gorgeous love the details of the legs and eyes.. excellent vote
Beautiful image and perfectly done. Aloha
luv the pop of colour in the flowers and the 90 degree angle of the butty... you always get everything right Danny!
Awesome capture of this butterfly in motion. Great color and macro action. BRAVO!!!! ;o)
Rich colors and beautiful bokeh! I wish we had more of these type butty's in the island..Alas just a bunch of Monarch's. Nice capture Dannny! Aloha!

A brilliant capture!!! excellent colors and details!!!
Very beautiful!! The wings look like the feathers of a peacock. Stunning!
Marvellous!!!
Excellent capture!! Beautiful photograph!!
Great title! It is a mystery he can keep that balance with all legs so close together, some fluttering with the upper wings, fascinating and woderful shot!
Perfect capture and movement. V!
Beautiful.. to bad the tip of the wing is missing.. other then that an awesome shot.. I experimented in the zoo lately (we have a special butterfly house) but I must say it is really hard to shoot good macro shots..
such a great catch...love the colours, and a perfect dof.....look almost as a painting....
luv the movement in contrast with the still detail! :]
Fantastic ...the title fits it perfectly !
beautiful composition, with this butt "balancing" in the air. Yes the blur of the one pair of wings really adds to this otherwise wonderful clear shot.
The color combinations nature has given you are extraordinary and you are so lucky to have seen and captured this beauty. V!
What a perfect capture ! Beautiful ;)
Ciao Danny. Great macro, for a splendid butty. He has incredible colours on his wings, and you captured at the good moment the vibration of the wings. Una bellissima foto !
Beautiful butterfly Be glad when I start seeing them here and since today is the offical first day of spring the butterflys in Ky surely aren't too far behind Vote n hugs Susan~
Statically the balance would tip but with wing work the delicate view remains. A powered mobile with no need for wind and the incessant clinking of chimes.
A impressive and wonderful macro my friend!!! Beautiful environment and colors!!!
Simply Beautifull...!!!!!!!!!!!
