Someday we will all be shooting nothing but macros. The greater Phoenix area is now the 5th. largest city in the U.S.A. - it stretches almost 100 miles (~150K) East to West and 50 Miles (~75K) North to South and is the 2nd fastest growing city in the country.
Thank you all for taking your time to view my artistic scribblings. Your comments and suggestions are not only deeply appreciated but valued highly.

Sadly your prediction is too close to reality. Another wow shot... gives one a painful perspective on urban sprawl.
looks like rain way out there... keep soaring Phoenix of AZ! :]
such beautiful intense colors!!!! love this!!!
Beautiful landscape !!!
Urban sprawl will get us all - it's the suburbs not the cities!
Wonderful landscape of this town with a beautiful stormy sky :)) Well done!!
like lots of matchboxes ... lovely contrast in colours
Another great shot of your environment. There is nothing to add to what I expressed on your other picture of that area ...
I life in a very rural region, some people say its boring, but I'm glad to have not to much civilisation around me. But has its disadvantages too... Hmmmm who knows to what all leads ? Excellent photography concerning a difficult theme !
I agree with Haeberle...it does bring about mixed emotions, but your shot is breathtaking in it's own right. Love the sharp contrast between what is "civilized" and what is untouched. Emotive piece. Excellent!
fantastic and also breathtaking far view! outstanding wonderful clouded sky! gorgeous capture! ;o)
