your photo has fever! :) indeed, the image gives you that eerie sense of fever, with pulsating temples and horrible headaches, and red spots dancing before your eyes... i know the feeling too well :P Excellent shot! it's definitely got "the mood" (should fever be called a "mood"...) hope you get well soon, my friend! don't forget your antibiotics, hot tea & hot soup! sanatate! I get that too... feeling stuffy, dust sensitive, red eyed and tired.... hope there is a quick recovery on the way for you.. I take olive leaf extract .. tastes nasty but it blasts those little boogers away..!
