Lovely use of Light and Dark, here, though after loooking quickly through your gallery, this does not surprise me. I'd suggest a little postwork in Photoshop, if you have it, because the hair looks a little flat. The shadows dont seem to be playing across it properly. If you need a hand figuring out how to improve it, just gimme a shout.
