This is my wife of 28 years here poseing in front of the blue car in New Orleans. She do not own it and I do not own it it just on the street looking super that all.
yes my wife dress like this for New Orleans. People [street people] will not pester you is the reason. When you go to New orleans dress as the homeless you see; no one will take note of you.
