Description
This was made in Wings, and, though it has a lot of improving to come, I kind of liked how it rendered out.
Rendering Bryce 5.
This was my first ever attempt at greebling, which is adding little arcane details to make things look better. These details, I'm told, just have to look like they have a purpose, not actually have a fully-worked-out purpose. There are a few details that are modeled in, and, hey, it's my first time. I'll get better.

Thats really cool.. if thats your first attempt then im really looking forward to the next one!
it's as good as anything I've done, and I have a year's head start..;) j/k.;) it is good. I tend to take a grid, and connect odd directions, and bevel, extrude, and set materials for what I call 'greeble plates'.. this is good stuff. You're only gonna get better.
Good work. I use a spline modeller so grebelling will add mega polygons so I try using textures and making more interesting shapes.
I like the underlighting. Nice work.
Very professional modeling and presentation. Excellent backdrop, too. Those "details" are what make or break a good sci-fi scene, they have to make the viewer suspend their realm of disbelief ....well, I "believe". I look forward to your improvement. brUNO
