Well I've created the landing pad in Bryce 5... ship crated in wings 3D... well I'm still not happy wiht it... i need to work a bit more on the back ground... but I'll get there

keep 'em coming..probably could put a material on the plane in Bryce, I think there's some concrete-like materials in the default materials for Bryce..you can take primitives (cubes, etc.) and make background buildings..texture them with some of the 'wild and fun'..do a Google Search for Bryce Materials, and they have a 'canned' search, which has a couple dozen sites, with hundreds of mats..you can 'fake' a lot of things with the right mats (guilty)..and skies as well.. I've got a quickie city tutorial hanging around in the Wings forum, not the best one in the world, but should get you started..things are going along quite well..welcome to the club..
