This is looking down into the volcano
Haleakala, it is 10,023 ft or 3,055m.
From sea level it's a 37 mile drive up
to the summit, one of the greatest
elevation gains in the shortest distance
in the world. The air was pretty thin up
there, and the views were spectacular!!
You were definately above the clouds!!!
