Description
I came across photographs of structures at ancient Babylon. I was blown away by how sleek and simple the lines and shapes were. In these studies, I'm not recreating the photos, just letting them inspire me. Made some simple shapes to get design and shadows.

I really like the light and shadow play- I think you captured the essence of what inspired you.
Like the shades of grey, and the different textures and shapes.
Very interesting concept and inspiration, can't wait to see where this will lead! (=
A nice composition, simple and elegant.
Oh man this is wonderful...... Please tell me more about your creative process on this one. Outstandingly excellent work of art.
..I find this VERY appealing ---- not easy to bring off such subtlety....the delicate textures --shapes and shadow play -- my hat's off to you!
