Description
Cold and frosty she lives alone creating the snow flurries which come each winter. Tis a lonely existence but one must do it. *sighs*
This came from a sketch I had used in another picture. The other is a Mermaid. But looking at the original sketch I thought, hmmmm so scanned it and did a lot of postwork in PSP, and this is what she is. A Snow Queen. Had fun with this one yesterday.
